КОНЦЕПЦІЯ ІНШОМОВНОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ: РОЗРОБКА І РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ

Abstract. This article offers the results of analysis of the state documents, the publications of the native and foreign researchers, who studied and continue to study the problem of intercultural foreign language education. Concluded, that absence of the intercultural foreign language education concept, disparity of the educational and professional standards to the modern foreign language education requirements, lack of some model curricula and model foreign language programs are referred to the key issues. Special attention is accented on the importance of developing the foreign language education conception and some recommendations are made for the document creation.
